2026 is a big year for the MINI brand, as it's 25 years since the first R50 One and Cooper hatch models were launched in the UK. To celebrate, MINI has launched the 'Oxford Edition' of the latest hatch, now called the 'Cooper'.
Corporate Car was lucky enough to be at the reveal at the Goodwood Festival of Speed and even got a passenger ride up the hill in the MINI of the moment.

Outside, you won't miss this Cooper, as it's fitted with an iconic Union Jack roof graphic on the contrasting white roof. Another key identifier is the central red and white stripes running down the bonnet and boot. There is also a unique chequered flag logo on the boot.
Both Cooper Oxford Editions on show at Goodwood were finished in Indigo Sunset Blue, which is a colour that really comes alive in the sunshine. However, if that colour doesn't appeal, Chili Red and Blazing Blue are also available. The exterior is further enhanced by 18in Slide Spoke two-tone alloy wheels with individually coordinated wheel hubs and valve cap covers.

Inside, the Oxford Edition's changes are harder to spot, but look closer and you'll notice the textured printed flag on the steering wheel's 6 o'clock spoke. The driver's floor mat features a circular Union Jack, while the passenger-side floor mat has a circular chequered flag design as a nod to MINI's racing heritage. Finally, there are unique door sills.
Available in Cooper C (like the car we went up the hill in!) and Cooper S models, we couldn't detect any differences from the standard Cooper from the passenger seat. That said, all Cooper models are fun to drive- even from the passenger seat. Prices start at £30,120.
